Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods are the following:

  • ACH
  • Wire Transfer
  • Stripe
  • Credit Card (includes fee)
  • Check

Payment Terms

Payment terms may be available for approved invoices with established term agreements.

All invoices are created and issued through QuickBooks upon request or when required for business accounts.

Most orders are due upon receipt, and products ship once payment has been received in full.

For large projects or special purchase orders, partial payment terms (e.g., 50% upfront / 50% prior to shipment) may apply.

If you prefer to pay outside of Shopify checkout (for example, via wire transfer, ACH, or check), we can issue a formal QuickBooks invoice upon request. This invoice will include all available payment options.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card or ACH (via FluidPay, when applicable)
  • Wire Transfer
  • Check (for approved business accounts)
  • Shopify Payments (credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)

If your order is placed directly through our Shopify store, that checkout serves as your official invoice and payment record. No additional QuickBooks invoice will be generated unless specifically requested for accounting purposes.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination and current state tax regulations. For most orders, tax will only be collected in states where Touch Screen Guru is required to do so under applicable nexus laws.

If you are a tax-exempt business or organization, please provide a valid resale certificate or exemption form before placing your order, so we can update your account and ensure your purchase is processed without tax.

Orders placed through QuickBooks or external invoices may reflect tax differently depending on the state requirements and the payment method selected.

Orders placed directly through Shopify will automatically calculate sales tax at checkout when applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be completed directly by Touch Screen Guru. Customers cannot cancel orders themselves once they are placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped or entered production, Touch Screen Guru will review the request and process the cancellation manually.

Please note: Any processing fees collected by your payment provider (credit card, ACH, bank transfer, digital wallet, etc.) are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled before shipping.

Do you offer refunds?


Refunds are available only with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To begin the process, please contact us with your order details so our team can determine eligibility. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Any payment processing fees (credit card, ACH, or bank transfer) incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
