If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of purchase within North America. You may exchange a new product for another item or request a refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply. *Sales in other countries and overseas are considered final.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging with everything that came in the box as new
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Interactive Solutions LLC/ Touch Screen Guru.

Damaged items

If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately for assistance. Orders/ products MUST to be internally inspected for damage when received. If your order was shipped on your logistics account, you will be responsible for contacting your carrier for damages incurred. Touch Screen Guru is NOT responsible for shipping damage.

Touch Screen Guru offers Route as a separate service at checkout. Route, is a separate package protection company that is not affiliated with Touch Screen Guru and we do not make money of of Route or their charges.
