We strive to process all technology orders with speed and precision.
Daily Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days (Monday – Friday) will begin processing the same day.
After Hours: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day.
Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
To ensure priority access to high-demand technology, we occasionally offer inventory allocations via pre-order.
Pre-Order Allocations: Items marked as "Pre-Order" are temporarily out of stock but have a scheduled incoming shipment. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your allocation.
Shipping Timelines: The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page and at checkout. Orders will be processed and dispatched immediately upon inventory arrival.
Mixed Carts: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we utilize partial fulfillment. Your in-stock items will ship immediately per our standard processing times, and your pre-order items will dispatch separately the moment they arrive.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination, unless a separate written agreement is in place.
Parcel Shipments: We utilize UPS for monitors, tablets, and smaller components.
Freight Shipments: Large-format monitors and bulk orders are shipped via FreightClub carriers.
To protect your investment in high-end display technology, we provide the following coverage:
UPS Shipments: Insurance is included for all parcel orders valued at $1,000 or more.
Freight Shipments: Insurance is mandatory and included for all freight deliveries, regardless of the order value.
Customer Logistics Accounts: If an order is shipped using your own carrier or logistics account, Touch Screen Guru is not responsible for shipping damage. You are responsible for filing all claims directly with your carrier.
Because touch screens and projectors are high-precision, fragile instruments, internal inspection is mandatory upon receipt.
Reporting Window: Any damage (visible or concealed) must be reported to us with supporting documentation within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: To facilitate an insurance claim, you must provide clear photos and/or video of both the external packaging and the damaged unit.
Freight Instructions: For freight deliveries, please inspect the pallet for visible damage before signing the driver's receipt. Note any package damage on the receipt before the driver leaves.
Recipient Responsibility: For all orders outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees.
Final Sale Notice: All sales to countries outside of North America are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.
As per our Refund Policy, shipping charges incurred in connection with the purchase or return of a product are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping and assumes the risk of loss or damage during transit for all returned items.
To ensure your claim is protected, please follow these steps upon delivery:
Check the Box: Are there punctures, crushed corners, or signs of impact?
Document: Take photos/video of the box before opening if you see damage.
Power On: For monitors/projectors, plug the unit in to ensure the internal glass is not cracked (concealed damage).
Report: Email support@touchscreenguru.com within 48 hours if any issues are found.
