We aim to provide high-performance commercial-grade products and support. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following refund policy outlines our terms and conditions.
Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
• The product was purchased within the last 15 days (North America only).
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and materials.
• The serial number matches our original order record.
• Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued.
Note: Products that have been installed, mounted, or used are not eligible for standard return and must go through our Warranty process.
• Approved returns may be issued as a refund or exchange.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Clearance sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
International and export orders are final and not eligible for return or refund.
International customers are still covered by the 2-Year/3-Year Commercial Warranty for manufacturing defects.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable, including original outbound shipping and return shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of damage or loss in transit.
All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
• Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims must include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• If your order was shipped using your own logistics account, you are responsible for contacting your carrier directly for damage claims.
• Touch Screen Guru is not responsible for third-party shipping damage.
